Our beloved General Manager, founder, and inventor of Aztec Heart LLC (Jon F. Hoffman) passed away in 2021. Due to his death, our company is now reorganized and rebranded. Formerly known as Aztec Heart LLC, we are now the Lavita Heart Company. 

Our products, the surgical bra and harness, will still be the same excellent quality. Our Customer Service and employees will all now be associated with Lavita Heart.
